What do I need to show before you open my door?

For your security, we check that you live there: we ask for an ID or a proof of address (a bill, a rental agreement, even on your phone). If your documents are inside, you simply show them once the door is open.

I am renting: who pays for the locksmith?

You can call us directly. Who covers the cost depends on your lease and on the cause of the problem; we give you a detailed invoice that you can pass on to your landlord, agency or insurer.
